All our apparel and textiles are shipped via the express service available at BlueDart, DTDC, DHL, UBX or FedEX. Shipping within India takes roughly 3-5 working days. International shipping takes around 5-10 working days depending on the location.
All Tilfi Art & Collectibles pieces are shipped via surface logistics within India and via DHL internationally. These can take longer to reach.
Sometimes there might be unforeseen delays for reasons beyond our control. Our team will be there to assist you in such cases.
Tilfi offers ‘Free Shipping’ on all merchandise for shipping within India. For international shipping, the shipping cost will be calculated at the time of checkout. All our shipments (except Tilfi's Art & Collectibles pieces) are currently sent as Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) which means, you as a customer, do not have to pay any import customs duty. If you still get duty charged, we advise you to pay the duty on your end and we will issue you a store credit for the duty amount that you have paid.
The 'Free International Shipping' threshold of Rs. 25,000 does not apply for Tilfi's Art & Collectibles pieces.
Sometimes international shipments (for example: shipments over $2500 for the USA) may require you to provide additional documents/information to customs or local authorities via our shipping provider. This may include national identity documents, passport, social security number, tax identification, documents and returns. Should you fail to provide these documents in a timely manner, the shipment may be returned to India and import duties and taxes may be applied by Indian authorities on the shipment. Please note that the entire amount paid for the order will be non-refundable in this case.
For a single order placed, we normally combine multiple products in a single box . Additional charges may be applicable should you wish to receive all the products in your order in individual boxes.
For certain remote locations, our courier / transport partner may levy an additional surcharge for shipping. In such an event, the customer shall have to pay a “remote area surcharge”. The customer will be informed about such a surcharge in advance before shipping of the item.
Kindly note that the delivery times mentioned are indicative only. In rare cases deliveries might be delayed due to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
