Tilfi seeks individuals who can help convey a compelling brand story and showcase the richness of our craft through beautiful design. We want to create rich, engaging and high-quality content, in line with our constant pursuit of excellence in every aspect of the brand’s operation.
Please note: This is a full-time, in-office position, not a remote working role.
What you'll do:
- Create visual content for our social media channels, website, ad creatives and email communications
- Ensure all creatives are prepared, published and updated regularly across all digital platforms
- Create on-brand marketing and brand identity materials including lookbooks, packaging designs
- Collaborate with the team to produce engaging content through special projects and collaborations
- Create advertising materials for both online and offline campaigns, including display ads, social media ads, and promotional banners.
- Define, maintain, and evolve the Tilfi look & feel and communication for the web experience- desktop & mobile
- Act as one of the guardians of the Tilfi Visual Language.
- Work as one team, dividing responsibilities among team peers as required.
- Develop strong, trusting relationships between cross-functional counterparts.
- Be able to juggle working on multiple content streams for multiple channels at the same time.
Who you are:
- You have pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Communication, Graphic Design, or other related fields
- Minimum 2 year of experience preferably in the luxury sector
- You have a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of luxury fashion, and a passion for storytelling through design
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and conceptualize design solutions.
- You have extensive experience with the Adobe suite including Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Figma or similar.
- Knowledge of UX layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography and limitations of the web
- You are able to create quality content on schedule in a fast-paced environment
- You have a strong understanding of social media and an interest in content, GIFs, videos, content curation.
- You are creative, yet disciplined in your approach and ready to take initiative
- You have start-up/early-stage experience and can demonstrate the ability to work in an entrepreneurial, hands-on, and adaptive environment.
- Experience with Shopify will be considered as an added advantage
