Securing Your Appointment:Begin your exclusive at-home experience by contacting. our team to book a slot with Tilfi, as per your location. A booking amount of ₹1,00,000 is required to confirm your appointment, that will be adjusted against your purchase.

Consultation with Our Curators:Following the confirmation of your appointment, Tilfi’s Customer Experience Team will reach out to you. Engage in a detailed consultation where our craft advisors will assist you in selecting up to 20 products from our extensive collection. Additionally, our team will personally curate 5 to 10 unique pieces that align with your tastes and requirements.

In the Convenience of Your Home

Your Personalized Home Viewing:On the day of your appointment, our team of advisors will arrive at your home with your chosen products and will provide expert guidance to help you make your selection.

Making Your Selection: Once you've made your selection, the purchase will be completed in person with the assistance of our advisors. They will guide you through the process, ensuring a seamless transaction and answer any last-minute questions that you may have.

Terms and Conditions

With a deep knowledge of Banarasi weaving traditions, our expert advisors will be travelling from Varanasi to bring you a truly authentic experience.

  • To maintain the exclusivity of the experience, we recommend no more than four guests accompany you for one appointment.

  • Please note that the booking amount is non-refundable. However, the booking amount paid will be adjusted against your final purchase, provided the minimum purchase amount is met.

  • We strive to maintain the highest standards of service, and to do so, we expect that our team is treated with respect and courtesy, and the time slots allocated are adhered to.

Currently, the At-Home Viewing Experience is available across all major Indian cities. If you would like us to explore the option of bringing this experience to your city, please get in touch with our Customer Experience team.

While we take great care in curating a selection that reflects your preferences, we understand that your final choice is important. Should you decide not to make a purchase during your viewing, the booking amount will be forfeited to cover travel, stay and other administrative expenses.

The standard appointment is scheduled for 4 hours. If you need more time, please let our team know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

To ensure a seamless viewing experience, Tilfi Reserve allows you to choose upto 20 sarees, in addition to which 5-10 sarees will be personally curated to suit your liking by our team. If you would like to view more, please discuss this with our Customer Experience Team during your consultation.

There is no additional charge beyond the booking amount, which is adjusted against your final purchase. However, if you wish to view more sarees or extend the appointment duration, additional charges may apply.

If any of your selected sarees are out of stock, our advisors will work with you to find similar alternatives or other pieces that match your preferences.

Absolutely. During the consultation, you can specify your preferences for colors, fabrics, and designs, and our team will curate the selection accordingly.
