1. Booking and Confirmation: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking amount is required. This amount will be fully adjusted against any purchases made during the viewing. Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of the booking amount.
2. Appointment Scheduling: The service is available in Delhi. Bookings are limited and subject to availability. Appointments can be scheduled through our website.
3. Consultation:After booking, our Customer Experience Team will contact you for an in-depth consultation to curate a selection of up to 25 products based on your preferences.
4. Viewing and Purchase:On the day of your appointment, our advisors will arrive at your home with the curated selection. The purchase of sarees will be completed in person with the assistance of our advisors.
5. Minimum Purchase Requirement:A minimum purchase of ₹2 lakh is expected to proceed with the At-Home Viewing Experience. If this amount is not met, the booking amount will be retained as store credit, redeemable against future purchases.
6. Guests:We recommend no more than four guests accompany you during the viewing to maintain an exclusive and intimate experience. For additional guests, please book extra appointments with a higher purchase value.
7. Stock Availability:Products chosen for the viewing are subject to stock availability. In the event that any selected sarees are out of stock, our advisors will assist you in finding suitable alternatives. Apparel is usually available only in sample sizes of size XS - 34.
8. Returns and Exchanges:Returns and exchanges are subject to Tilfi’s standard policy. Please refer to our website for detailed information on returns and exchanges.
9. Rescheduling and Cancellation:Appointments can be rescheduled with at least a week’s (7 days) notice. A later date will be provided subject to availability. The booking amount is non-refundable in the case of cancellations. It will be retained as store credit.
10. Changes to Terms:Tilfi reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you prior to the appointment.
11. Liability:Tilfi is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that may affect the appointment, including but not limited to transportation delays or other external factors.
