A Singular Beauty
Exquisitely handcrafted in zari and resham meenakari, this Banarasi drape is an extraordinary masterwork. An artistic and distinctive striped kadhua weave with intricate detailing makes for a saree like none other.
-
Color - An always stunning shade of Black
-
Technique - An enduring Kadwa weave. The elaborate and laborious Kadwa (Kadhua) technique involves hand-weaving each motif separately. It takes longer on the handloom, but makes a more robust pattern, which stands out on the fabric. Classic handwoven Banarasi Meenakari art passed down through generations. Meenakari involves the painstaking addition of supplementary coloured resham threads during the hand-weaving process.
-
Fabric - Soft as butter, pure Katan silk
-
Speciality - An unconventional, unique yet timeless drape from our looms. The perfect combination of zari and contemporary meenakari for a signature style!
-
Tilfi Promise - Pure. Handloom. Banaras.
-
Note - The saree comes with its own blouse piece. The model is wearing a separate blouse for styling purposes.
Since this product is handwoven, there might be slight irregularities. But don't you think these add to the singular charm of a handloom beauty?
