Brown Pure Satin Silk Handwoven Sherwani

Woven in a Kadhua variation, this sherwani carries the subtle radiance of antique gold zari across its surface. An overlap placket, finished with a signature Tilfi button, lends definition to the silhouette, while a hand-embroidered georgette stole and complementary pocket square complete the ensemble.

• Technique:The finest Tanchoi weaving technique, which employs one or more warps and multiple coloured wefts to create a self-patterned surface across the fabric. An enduring Kadwa weave. The elaborate and laborious Kadwa (Kadhua) technique involves hand-weaving each motif separately. It takes longer on the handloom, but makes a more robust pattern, which stands out on the fabric.
