Inspired by the works in abstraction of Frank Stella, this beautiful tanchoi classic plays on the forms of the triangle to stunning graphic effect. A delicately patterned body in resham with geometric shapes and a glorious roopa zari kadhua border for a magnificent marriage of Optical Art and our textile heritage.
-
Color - A chic shade of Grey
-
Technique - The finest Tanchoi technique. Tanchoi employs one or more warps and multiple coloured wefts to produce a self-design which covers the body of the saree. An enduring Kadwa weave. This elaborate and laborious technique involves hand-weaving each motif separately. It takes longer on the handloom, but makes a more robust pattern which stands out on the fabric.
-
Fabric - Soft as butter, pure Soft Satin silk
-
Speciality - With playful dexterity and weaving ingenuity, Seesaw translates the beauty of Optical Art onto our signature textile creations. This drape is a modern classic where the impact of its weave is magnified through the systematic and precise manipulation of shapes, colours and their densities.
- Note - The saree comes with its own blouse piece. The model is wearing a separate blouse for styling purposes.
Since this product is handwoven, there might be slight irregularities. But don't you think these add to the singular charm of a handloom beauty?
