A fabulous and unconventional diagonal jaal Shikaargah saree. Evocative of royal gardens and a testament to the skill of our master weavers today, this is a stunning piece of handloom art!
-
Color - A ravishing shade of Red
-
Technique - An enduring Kadwa weave and fine Meenakari technique. The elaborate and laborious Kadwa (Kadhua) technique involves hand-weaving each motif separately. It takes longer on the handloom, but makes a more robust pattern, which stands out on the fabric. Meenakari involves the painstaking addition of supplementary coloured resham threads during the hand-weaving process.
-
Fabric - Soft as butter, pure Katan silk
-
Speciality - A full kadwa aadha or diagonal jaal with Roopa Sona or gold and silver zari and Meenakari work across the body of the saree.
-
Tilfi Promise - Pure fabrics and genuine Banarasi handloom at a fair price

Since this product is handwoven, there might be slight irregularities. But isn't it charming that no-one else will ever own this beauty handmade just for you?
