Woven in the finest weaving techniques of Banaras, beautiful bootas with Mughal design inspirations, meenakari accents on resplendent silk and beautiful zari bootis and border. Timeless!
-
Color - A beautiful shade of Yellow
-
Technique - Meenakari involves the painstaking addition of supplementary coloured resham threads during the hand-weaving process. The elaborate and laborious Kadwa (Kadhua) technique involves hand-weaving each motif separately. It takes longer on the handloom, but makes a more robust pattern, which stands out on the fabric.
-
Fabric - Soft as butter, pure Katan silk
-
Speciality - The beautiful bootis and motifs with meenakari touches are old Banarasi favourites which have stood the test of time. This is a little piece of history.
-
Tilfi Promise - Pure. Handloom. Banaras.

Since this product is handwoven, there might be slight irregularities. But don't you think these add to the singular charm of a handloom beauty?
