A diaphanous peach plain body Kora silk saree accentuated with dainty pastel floral Meenakari bootis on a glistening Tissue silk border and pallu. Inspired by the lush scenery and delicate palettes of Uttarakhand's Valley of Flowers, this is a gossamer drape of dreamlike handloom artistry.

• Fabric - Light and airy, pure Kora silk and a Tissue silk border
• Technique - An enduring Kadwa weave and Meenakari art. The elaborate and laborious Kadwa (Kadhua) technique involves hand-weaving each motif separately. It takes longer on the handloom, but makes a more robust pattern, which stands out on the fabric. Meenakari involves the painstaking addition of supplementary coloured resham threads during the hand-weaving process.
